Returns and Exchange Policy
1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the sensitive nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, The Mystic Perfumes maintains a strict policy regarding returns.
A. General Eligibility (7-Day Policy)
You may request an exchange or return (for store credit) within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following strict criteria:

The perfume packaging must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, and the ORIGINAL CELLOPHANE WRAP must be intact.

The product must be in its original, resaleable condition.

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
B. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any perfume that has been opened, sprayed, or used in any capacity. This is strictly enforced for hygiene and quality control purposes.
C. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged (e.g., broken bottle, leak) or incorrect (e.g., wrong scent or size), please notify us immediately.

Procedure: You must contact our customer support via email at themysticperfumes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirement: Attach clear photographs or videos of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs.
2. REFUNDS (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed for items confirmed as damaged, incorrect, or when an ordered item is out of stock after payment confirmation.

Process: Refunds will be initiated after the product has been verified as received or confirmed as damaged/incorrect.

Method: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer (local transactions) or Store Credit (as per customer preference).

Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
3. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If you wish to exchange an eligible (unopened) item:

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to us.

Once the original item is received and inspected (must be unopened), we will process and ship the new item. The customer will bear the shipping cost for the new item shipment.
